Jon F. Morgan

Executive Director

Jon founded The Lake Clinic in 2007 after leaving Angkor Hospital for Children where he was the founding director from 1998-2007.

Jon started working on the Tonle Sap during his time at AHC, and realized that the communities on the lake desperately needed healthcare. He founded TLC in order to serve some of the most isolated and poorest villages in all of Cambodia.

Dr. Thourida Hun

Medical Director

Dr. Thourida (Rida) has worked with TLC since 2012 upon graduating from Medical School in St. Petersburg, Russia. She is fluent in English, Khmer, and Russian.

Dr. Rida wanted to return to her home country and work with those who had very little and help to change the communities and the country. She is a dedicated doctor who works both in office as the Medical Director, but in the field as she is needed. She consistently is a shining example of professionalism and compassion when it comes to her patients.

UK SAvann

Clinical Coordinator

Savann has been with TLC since its first clinical mission. A five year veteran of the Angkor Hospital for Children, Savann has demonstrated outstanding organizational and communication skills to augment his already superb clinical set.

Savann began attending Mahidol University in Bangkok in May 2019 and has earned his Masters in Public Health in 2021. He has returned to TLC and has grown into a leadership position for the organization.

Khim Chantha

Office Manager and FInancial Office

Chantha came to TLC in 2011 after working with another local NGO for 4 years. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting and is currently working towards an MBA. Not only responsible for financing and inventory, she is the “go to” person for everything TLC.
